Job Overview: As a Level I Software Engineer at Green Project Technologies, you will play a key role in developing and maintaining our carbon accounting platform. Your primary focus will be on creating visually appealing, responsive, and user-friendly interfaces using Angular. We are looking for someone passionate about programming who is excited to take part in all levels of the development process.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement front-end software solutions using Angular, SCSS, TypeScript, and related technologies.
Collaborate with designers and back-end developers to create seamless and engaging user experiences that are ADA compliant.
Contribute to the design and aesthetics of our platform, ensuring a visually appealing and consistent look and feel.
Troubleshoot and resolve front-end issues to maintain the quality and performance of our platform.
Stay up-to-date with the latest front-end trends and technologies to continuously improve our development processes.
Contribute to back-end development using C#.NET and SQL to support front-end functionality.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, OR equivalent related experience.
0-2 years of experience in front-end software development.
Proficiency in Angular, SCSS, TypeScript, and responsive design principles.
Strong design sense and attention to detail, with a passion for creating visually appealing user interfaces.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with designers and back-end engineers.
Knowledge of back-end technologies like C#.NET, Azure, and SQL is a plus.
Interest in carbon accounting or sustainability is a bonus.
Salary Range:
$80,000-100,000 base. Actual base pay may vary based on various factors such as location, job-related knowledge, skills, level and experience. The base pay is just one component of the total competitive compensation package for employees.
