Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Mainframe Developer with expertise in Natural and ADABAS to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing mainframe applications, ensuring the reliability and performance of our systems. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain applications using Natural programming language. Utilize ADABAS database management system for data storage and retrieval. Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements. Perform system testing, debugging, and troubleshooting for applications. Optimize existing code for performance improvements and scalability. Document application designs, processes, and technical specifications. Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices in software development. Provide support and maintenance for production systems. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience as a Mainframe Developer, with a focus on Natural and ADABAS. Strong understanding of mainframe architecture and development environments. Experience in COBOL, JCL, and other mainframe technologies is a plus. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and software development life cycles. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
