As Manager, Global Material Handling Equipment, you'll spearhead Kalmar's pre-owned equipment strategy, overseeing sales, rentals & refurbishment. You'll optimize the lifecycle of our equipment, drive & execute revenue growth, and champion sustainability while ensuring operational excellence and cost-effective management.

Main tasks and responsibilities
What you'll need to succeed
Education: University degree in Economics or Engineering (or equivalent but not mandatory if a strong service experience instead).
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a Heavy Lifting Equipment Business, Dealer business or Financial Management. Having experience from a frontline / sales company is key.
Skills: Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills to build relationships with vendors, clients, and cross-functional teams.Understanding the business opportunities for fleet management and refurbishment business.
