August Society is seeking a creative and enthusiastic Marketing and Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team. As a Marketing and BD Executive, you'll gain hands-on experience in growing a fashion brand internationally while contributing to our brand's growth and customer engagement strategies.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Marketing Calendar management: owning and managing the marketing calendar; planning and executing marketing campaigns, product launches and promotions
Marketing Communications: conceptualizing, briefing vendors to create and scheduling content (social media, EDMs, website updates)
Partnership Development: Identify, approach, and establish strategic partnerships and maintain strong relationships with brand partners, retail outlets, boutiques, and fitness studios to stock our swimwear and activewear both in Singapore and overseas (Malaysia, other SE Asian countries and USA)
B2B Sales Growth: drive wholesale and consignment sales and maximising exposure of products in various distribution channels internationally
Vendor management: liaising with graphic designers, video editors, AI tools, performance marketing partners, photographers and other marketing vendors
Affiliate management: running and growing our affiliate program
Event support: assist with organizing and executing in-person events
QUALIFICATIONS
Min 1-2 year working experience
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in marketing, business, fashion, communications or related field
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks
Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
Previous sales and client relationship management experience a plus
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
