They are seeking a Marketing Manager focusing on Precision Plastic to drive business expansion.  You will report to the Managing Director. 【 What you will be doing 】 - Engage in marketing activities related to high-tech and precision fields such as applications for network solutions, AI, and light optical data communication. - Travel with the Managing Director to visit factories and companies (trading companies and resin material manufacturers) in ASEAN and Taiwan to build relationships and develop markets． - Conduct market research on precision fields and engineering plastics within ASEAN and Taiwan. - Analyze target markets and competitors to understand consumer needs and trends. - Measure the results of marketing activities and analyze data to optimize strategies. - Support the development of new products and services based on market needs. ‐ Acquire sales leads and carry out key activities for business development while coordinating with the sales team. 【What you will receive】 - Basic Salary: S$6,500 - S$12,000 - AWS - WFH (2 days a week) - Performance Bonus (Depending on Company & Individual performance) - Annual Leave: 14 days (Maximum up to 18 days) - Medical Leave: 14 days - Family Care: 1 day leave - Group Insurance - Travel allowances: Based on the country visited for business trips. 【Requirements & Preferences】 (Must) -At least 5 years of Experience in Marketing and Business Development including the ASEAN region. -Industrial Experience in Manufacturing of semiconductors, chemical materials such as resins, or precision machines. -Experience in Material selection is very crucial to liaising with clients -Proficiency in speaking, listening & writing in English and Chinese is essential for interactions with clients in the US and EU, ASEAN markets. -Willingness to travel on business trips twice a month (approximately 1 week per trip).
