Job Summary As a D365 CRM Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing custom solutions in Dynamics 365 CRM. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and end-users to deliver tailored CRM functionalities and integrations. Key Responsibilities Design and develop custom plugins, workflows, and custom actions using C# and .NET within Dynamics 365 CRM. Implement Power Automate (Cloud Flows) for workflow automation and process optimization. Configure and customize Dynamics 365 forms, views, dashboards, and business processes. Integrate Dynamics 365 CRM with third-party systems using APIs and custom connectors. Plan, execute, and monitor CRM deployments and upgrades across environments. Debug and troubleshoot existing Dynamics 365 solutions to ensure optimal performance. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide tailored solutions. Stay updated on new Dynamics 365 features and best practices to enhance system capabilities. Required Skills and Qualifications 1-2 years of experience in Dynamics 365 CRM development. Proficiency in C#, .NET Framework, and JavaScript for CRM customization. Hands-on experience with Power Automate (Cloud Flows) and Dynamics workflows. Strong understanding of the Dataverse (CDS) and Dynamics 365 data model. Experience with system integration using RESTful APIs, JSON, and OData. Familiarity with Dynamics 365 configuration, security model, and deployment processes. Knowledge of Azure services (e.g., Logic Apps, Azure Functions) is a plus. Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills. Preferred Qualifications Microsoft certifications such as MB-910, PL-400, or equivalent. Experience with DevOps tools for CI/CD pipelines in Dynamics environments. Understanding of front-end development using TypeScript and modern frameworks.
