Mid-Level React Developer We are seeking an experienced React Developer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality React components and applications, with a focus on video streaming features. You will work closely with our front-end and back-end engineers to deliver exceptional user experiences. Responsibilities: React Development: Build and maintain interactive and responsive web applications using React and modern front-end tools. Video Streaming: Work with video streaming technologies and protocols to deliver streaming across multiple devices with smooth video playback and intuitive controls. Performance Optimization: Optimize React components and video streaming performance to ensure a high-quality user experience across different devices and browsers. Integration: Integrate third-party services and APIs, such as video streaming platforms, PDF rendering technologies, and document management solutions. Testing & Debugging: Write unit and integration tests for front-end code, ensuring the application is robust and bug-free. Code Reviews: Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving team development processes. Technical Expertise: TypeScript, React, WebSockets, API Integration, Video streaming protocols and technologies. Problem Solving: Diagnose and fix bugs and performance bottlenecks for optimal application performance. Collaborate with the QA team to identify and resolve issues. Documentation: Document code, processes, and solutions for future reference. Contribute to the development of technical documentation for end-users. Great to Have: Demonstrated ownership of projects and their deliveries. Background working in startups or small teams. Experience with Optical Character Recognition (OCR) for extracting text from PDFs Knowledge of platforms like ShareFile for document sharing, Streamcast for live video streaming, and DigitalCast for digital content management. Familiarity with cloud services like Google Cloud or AWS, especially related to video storage and processing. Qualifications: 4+ years of professional experience in React development. Experience with video streaming technologies and protocols (e.g., HLS, DASH, WebRTC, RTMP). Expertise in TypeScript for web development. Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
