The Data, AI, and Automation team within the organization ensures that data architecture, algorithmic solutions, and analytics work seamlessly to enhance human connections. Leveraging technology, they aim to amplify the impact of therapy and improve operational processes.
We are seeking a Mid-Senior/Senior Full Stack Engineer with a focus on front-end development to join this innovative team. In this role, you will own the end-to-end delivery of apps and tools while collaborating with the DevOps Engineer on backend support. You will also take on product ownership responsibilities, capturing user feedback to enhance app design and functionality. It’s a long-term contract opportunity without an end date. The engagement is fully remote. Candidates can be located anywhere in LatAm. You'll need to have good English communication skills (at least B2+ or higher) for this role.
Responsibilities:
App and Tool Development:
Build, deploy, and maintain "one-stop-shop" apps for schedules, performance data, training materials, and more.
Develop front-end interfaces for algorithms, ensuring usability for non-technical staff.
Create applications that pull data from the Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system for better outcomes, such as drafting session notes for technicians.
Support business users in creating powerful apps with AppScript.
Front-End Development:
Design and implement user interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks like React, Vue.js, or Svelte.
Focus on usability and accessibility to ensure seamless user experiences.
Collaborate to integrate front-end interfaces with backend services.
Product Ownership:
Act as a product owner for developed apps and tools.
Capture and integrate user feedback to inform app design and enhancements.
Iterate on product development to meet user and organizational goals.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
4+ years of experience in full-stack development, with a focus on front-end technologies, ideally in a startup environment.
Proficiency in JavaScript and frameworks like React, Vue.js, or Svelte.
Familiarity with Python/Django/Flask.
Basic understanding of backend development for end-to-end solutions.
Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) is a plus.
