Job Title: Co-Founder & Mobile App Developer Location: BC, Canada / Remote About Us: We are in the early stages of building an innovative mobile app. The vision is to capture a new market in the mobile app world. I'm seeking a passionate co-founder to join on this exciting journey and bring this vision to life. Position Overview: As a co-founder and mobile app developer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the app from concept to launch. You’ll work closely with me to design, develop, and execute our strategy, contributing not only your technical skills but also your entrepreneurial spirit and creativity. Currently seeking someone interested in joining as a co-founder to help start building the app/company. Currently there is no pay for this position. Only 50% equity to the right person. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate on the app’s vision, strategy, and features. Lead the development of the mobile app for [iOS/Android/both]. Design and implement user-friendly interfaces and engaging user experiences. Build and maintain the app’s backend infrastructure as needed. Conduct market research and user testing to refine features and functionality. Help develop the business model and go-to-market strategy. Engage with potential users and stakeholders to gather feedback and insights. Qualifications: Experience in mobile app development, with a portfolio of previous work. Proficiency in relevant programming languages or frameworks, e.g., Swift, Kotlin, React Native. Strong understanding of mobile app design principles and best practices. Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for startups and innovation. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. Strong communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
