100% Remote :- Back-End Engineer - Vulnerability Remediation Location:- Canada (Work From Home) Fulltime Only Detailed Job Summary:- Back-End Engineer with expertise in C#/.NET to help mitigate vulnerabilities in critical applications. This role will focus on resolving vulnerabilities identified through static, dynamic, and manual penetration testing, and ensuring the security and stability of back-end services. Key Responsibilities:- Develop, maintain, and enhance back-end services using C#/.NET. Work with both SOAP and RESTful services (WCF, Web API, etc.). Mitigate vulnerabilities identified through various security testing methods (static, dynamic, manual penetration). Collaborate with the security team and use platforms like Veracode and GitHub Advanced Security to manage vulnerability fixes. Follow best practices for secure software development. Qualifications:- 5+ years of experience in back-end development using C#/.NET. Strong experience with SOAP and RESTful services (WCF, Web API). Experience in mitigating vulnerabilities and remediating security issues. Familiarity with Veracode and GitHub Advanced Security. Knowledge of secure coding practices and vulnerability management. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
