Responsibilities:
• Being a critical part of a front-end development team bringing to life a rich, responsive trading UI.
• Participating in design and architecture decisions
• Delivering key pieces of feature lists.
• Code review and leadership of team members.
• Ensuring component consistency in design and with testing standards.
• Partnering with Product Owners, BAs and QA to ensure a resilient, performant, built for purpose system is developed and maintained
• Focusing on continuous improvement to efficiently deliver features
• Working with other technical leads to set standards across components and services
• Driving the prioritization of non-functional requirements
Qualifications:
• Experience building dynamic, rich front end, ideally in financial services.
• You should have full stack development experience with experience the use of microservices and restful services
• Experience with components such as React, Django, node.js
• Programming .NET/C# APIs experience.
• Programming MS SQL Database Development experience.
• Understanding of Kafka, relationship databases.
• Ability to work in a fast paced, collaborative multi-location team
• Knowledge and experience with software lifecycle optimization, continuous integration, appropriate documentation
• Knowledge and experience with cloud platforms and CI/CD
