Piper Companies is seeking a .NET Software Developer to join a leading logistics and transportation organization. The .NET Software Developer will lead and optimize complex customer implementations of our vertical SaaS solution. Responsibilities of the .NET Software Developer include: Participate in technical planning & requirements gathering phases including design, code, test, and troubleshoot applications. Develop applications/services in our core set of technologies. Lead daily agile scrum meetings. Track sprint progress and remove roadblocks. Ensure industry best practices for software development are followed. Review code and provide feedback to developers. Demonstrate the ability to work and collaborate with team members of various experience levels. Mentor team members to develop, deploy, and maintain mission-critical enterprise applications. Oversee the successful completion of code deliverables. Qualifications for the .NET Software Developer include: 5+ years of experience with application development on the Microsoft .Net technology stack. Proficiency in C#, ASP.Net, Web Forms, Web Services, JavaScript/jQuery, Entity Framework, Git. Experience with .Net Framework 4.x and/or .Net Core, and Razor Database design and development (Microsoft SQL Server). Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.
