Job Title: .NET Web Developer II

Job type: C2C; 6/30/25 with extensions possible

Location: Candidates must be WI residents or willing to relocate to WI prior to starting the role at their own expense. This position can work 100% remote (within the state of WI).

The State of Wisconsin is looking for a .NET Web Developer II

Project details: This is a position needed for the development and support of critical priority applications in the Division of Employment and Training and the Division of Vocational Rehabilitation. Candidates will play an integral role on self-directed work teams in support of high priority development projects.

Top Required Skills & Years of Experience:

1. 4 years of experience as a Microsoft full stack developer is required including legacy forms design and newer design patterns such as MVC/MVVM.

2. 4 years of experiences on development teams using Agile Scrum methodology is required

3. Previous work experience in government, insurance, accounting, case management, or work programs is required.

4. The successful candidate will be highly technically competent, a consistently high producer, a good communicator, and an overall team player.

Nice to Have Skills:

1. 2 years of developing applications using cloud services, especially with Google Cloud Platform and/or AWS

2. 2 years of experience working with relational databases, such as SQL

3. 1 year of experience working with MVC

4. 1 year of experience working with microservices

5. Working experience with Blazor framework and MudBlazor component library
