Job Description:
Lead technical resources for NICE CXone implementations (NICE IS A MUST) Create technical documentation for detailed designs as per the business requirements.
Ownership and responsibility for E2E design of the CCaaS architecture including, Routing strategy, ACD and IVR design, API and data integrations and AI Solutions
Design and maintain reusable code libraries.
Advise on testing strategy and provide input into test plans.
Responsible for estimating and overseeing technical efforts for all phases of the project. Must Have Skills:
10 or more years experience in building and managing Contact Center tech stack
5 or more years of E2E experience in designing and building NICE CXone platforms
Experience in migrating from on-prem contact center platforms to CcaaS platforms

Experience with enterprise level CCaaS architecture
Experience with Cloud Network infrastructure??
