Key Responsibilities Identify, source, and attract high-quality candidates for diverse roles across the Nordic region. Conduct comprehensive interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit. Develop and maintain excellent relationships with candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process. Partner with hiring managers to fully understand their needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions. Utilize social media and various job boards for proactive candidate sourcing. Guide candidates through the recruitment process, ensuring a positive and supportive experience. Present qualified candidates to clients, effectively highlighting their skills and experiences. Requirements Fluency in a Nordic language (such as Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, or Finnish) and proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Proven ability to work independently in a remote setting. Strong organizational skills, with keen attention to detail.
