Title: Oracle CRM Engineer

We need hands-on candidates with CRM.
Oracle is well known for ERP, but try to look into candidates with Oracle Fusion Cloud experience with CRM/CX(Customer Experience).
Key Responsibilities:
? Lead Migration Efforts: Oversee and execute the migration from Salesforce CRM to Oracle CRM, ensuring minimal disruption to existing business operations.
? Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership to our internal engineering team, offering guidance, best practices, and innovative solutions during the migration process.
? Collaboration with Vendors: Work closely with Oracle's implementation team to ensure a smooth transition, manage timelines, and resolve technical issues.
? System Integration: Design, implement, and configure Oracle CRM to align with existing business processes and requirements. Ensure integration with other enterprise systems.
? Quality Assurance: Develop and execute test plans to validate data integrity, system functionality, and performance post-migration.
? Documentation: Produce high-quality technical documentation, including but not limited to, migration strategies, system configurations, and user guides.
? Training: Assist in training sessions for staff on the new Oracle CRM system, focusing on new features, changes, and best practices.
? Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve any issues arising during and post-migration, ensuring system stability and user satisfaction.
Requirements:
? Experience:
? At least 8 years of experience with Oracle CRM products.
? Experience with at least one major CRM migration, preferably from Salesforce.
? Proven technical leadership in complex IT projects.
? Technical Skills:
? Deep understanding of Oracle CRM architecture, customization, and integration capabilities.
? Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and other relevant programming languages or tools used in Oracle environments.
? Familiarity with Salesforce CRM is a plus.
? Project Management:
? Experience with project management tools like Jira.
? Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
? Communication:
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
? Ability to write clear, concise technical documentation.
? Certifications: Oracle CRM certifications are highly desirable.
? Soft Skills:
? Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to challenges.
? Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
