Seeking a Service Oriented Architecture (SOA)Developer for our program at the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services.
The Oracle Application Developer is a top-level technical expert in one or more highly specialized areas of applications systems analysis and programming.
This position acts independently under general direction, provides technical leadership and should be an expert in business or functional area.
This team member formulates/defines system scope and objectives and devises or modifies procedures to solve complex problems.
The Oracle Application Developer prepares detailed specifications and is responsible for developing, unit testing, debugging and documentation.
This team member should have full technical knowledge of all phases of applications systems analysis and programming and is accountable for providing work estimates and may be responsible for multiple phases of a project.
Responsibilities will also include guiding/directing and checking the work of other developers.
10+ years of experience in Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) Development.
Working knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite R12 in the following modules (GL, AP, AR, PO, Cash Management, Payments).
Experience in working with Oracle SOA Suite.
Experience in building REST based APIs that integrate with Oracle EBS APIs.
Experience in building SOAP based APIs that integrates with Oracle EBS APIs.
Expertise in building OSB services
Working Knowledge of working with WSDLs, WADLs, XSDs, Xquery, XSLTs and related technologies.
Knowledge of BPEL, JMS Adapters, Oracle EBS Adapters and other Technology adapters in Oracle SOA Suite
