This is a remote position. McBride is seeking an experienced Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Developer with expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical foundation in SQL, PL/SQL, JavaScript, HTML, and a solid understanding of OCI security and user account management. This role involves developing applications, integrating systems, and collaborating in an Agile environment to deliver high-quality solutions. You will be responsible for the following: Design, develop, and implement applications using Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS), including: • Building hierarchy trees. • Creating applications from scratch with robust functionality and user experience. • Develop and maintain integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC). • Utilize expertise in SQL and PL/SQL to support backend development and database management. • Employ JavaScript and HTML for user interface and front-end functionality. • Ensure compliance with OCI security protocols and manage user accounts effectively. • Work with Oracle HCM teams to understand and enhance reporting functionalities. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile methodology, participating in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. • Document technical designs, workflows, and processes to ensure clear communication and future reference. • Provide guidance and mentorship to team members as needed. Requirements Required Qualifications: • 3+ years of experience with Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS) and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC). • Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, JavaScript, and HTML. • Strong understanding of OCI security and user account management. • Familiarity with Oracle HCM reporting and analytics. • Demonstrated experience in: • Developing hierarchy trees in VBCS. • Creating end-to-end applications on Oracle Visual Builder. • Working knowledge of Agile development practices. • Excellent documentation skills, including technical design documents and user guides. • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
