Overview: We are seeking a skilled and motivated PHP Developer to join our team at Storagely. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and improving our core web application and services. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions that meet business requirements. Responsibilities: Develop and maintain web applications using PHP and related technologies. Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices. Collaborate with other back-end developers, front-end developers, designers, and other team members to implement features and improvements. Debug, test, and troubleshoot application issues and performance bottlenecks. Help troubleshoot applications defects that are both internal and customer facing. Participate in code reviews to ensure quality and consistency. Work with APIs to integrate third-party services and develop RESTful endpoints. Work on refactoring legacy code into modern implementations. Contribute to database design, optimization, and maintenance. Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to bring innovative ideas to the team. Skills: 3+ years of experience in PHP development. Experience working in Agile development environments. Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and MVC architecture. Proficiency with the Laravel framework. Experience with MySQL and query optimization. Familiarity with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and React. Knowledge of version control systems such as Git. Understanding of web application security best practices. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and time management skills. Understanding of cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure. Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, or other containerization tools.
