We are looking for an experienced PHP Laravel Coordinator to manage and guide our web development team. PHP Laravel Coordinator to manage and oversee the development of our web applications using the Laravel framework. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Laravel and PHP development practices, as well as experience in coordinating projects, leading teams, and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality software solutions. The role will involve both hands-on development and overseeing other developers. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate and lead the PHP Laravel development team on various projects. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and refine requirements, specifications, and timelines. Architect, design, and develop dynamic web applications using Laravel and other modern technologies. Ensure code quality, performance, and security by establishing development standards and best practices. Review code and provide constructive feedback to team members to improve their skills and the overall product. Manage the entire software development lifecycle, from conception to deployment. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to web applications. Implement CI/CD pipelines for efficient deployment and testing. Work closely with DevOps to ensure smooth operations and deployment of applications. Maintain clear communication with project stakeholders and report progress regularly. Qualifications : - Proven experience as a PHP Developer with extensive knowledge of the Laravel framework. Solid understanding of MVC architecture, RESTful APIs, and object-oriented programming. Strong experience with PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related web technologies. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud) and experience with server management. Experience with Git and version control systems. Strong organizational and leadership skills with a track record of leading development teams. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards. Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical team members. Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience. Preferred Skills: Experience with other PHP frameworks like CodeIgniter or Symfony. Knowledge of frontend frameworks (Vue.js, React) is a plus. Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies for managing development cycles. Experience with automated testing and deployment tools. Strong understanding of security best practices in web development.
