Insulet has 2 instances of polorian - 1 for IT and 1 for R&D - they have different functionalities

R&D go live in Nov. using as full blown ALM system. At first they will work with Sterling Medical to do knowledge transfer and figure things out. Want to minimize Sterling so they don t need to rely on outside vendors, have inhouse people

There is a Roadmap for the next few years. Upgrades, functionalities, enhancements after go live. There is also an element of support troubleshoot, know the system, work with the vendor and eventually taking on that responsibility as well.

IT instance different implementation that is currently used mostly by the testing team to track testing activities. Compliance Group (vendor) did this. Would like the same team to also work with this vendor to understand how it was done. Much smaller, only one module enabled, less people using it, simpler.
