The ideal candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements, build applications that streamline processes, and deliver innovative solutions. The role requires expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI, along with a strong understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem. · Key Responsibilities: · Application Development: · Design, build, and deploy custom business applications using Power Apps. · Create user-friendly and responsive applications for web and mobile platforms. · Workflow Automation: · Develop automated workflows using Power Automate to integrate with business processes and third-party systems. · Implement solutions that improve productivity and efficiency. · Data Management and Integration: · Connect Power Apps with various data sources, including Microsoft Dataverse, SharePoint, SQL Server, and external APIs. · Manage data relationships and ensure data integrity. · Reporting and Insights: · Integrate applications with Power BI for advanced reporting and analytics. · Create dashboards and visualizations to provide business insights. · Collaboration and Support: · Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements. · Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enhancements for existing Power Apps solutions. · Best Practices and Standards: · Ensure adherence to development standards, governance, and security policies. · Document solutions, processes, and user guides for stakeholders. · Qualifications: · Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. · Proven experience as a Power Apps Developer or similar role. · Technical Skills: · Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform tools: Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI. · Knowledge of Dataverse, SharePoint, Azure, and SQL Server integration. · Experience with Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps development. · Familiarity with web development technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks like React (optional but preferred). · Understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and integration methodologies. · Soft Skills: · Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. · Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. · Attention to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality solutions. · Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize multiple projects.
