Hiring a few Senior Level Power BI Developers with strong experience with DAX & RLS
Location: 100% remote in the US; candidates must live in EST/CST states Duration: contract-to-hire Sponsorship not available, no 3rd parties SCOPE OF WORK: Working with Compound Pharmacy data, where most of the dashboarding will be high-level related to sales, prescription, patient, and inventory data on their proprietary Pharmacy Management System Mutli-tenant and embedded system so complex data that is pulled from the data warehousing team will be consumer friendly
Must Haves/Requirements:
Power BI
Azure
PowerApps
DAX (Data Analysis Expressions)
Role Level Security (RLS)
Need someone strong with creating visual Power BI reports, but also understands business rules and working closely with a data analyst/scientist to understand the why of data.
Able to look at data and ask questions about the nature of the data and trends.
Responsibilities:
Design and develop visually compelling Power BI dashboards for sales, prescription, patient, and inventory data.
Collaborate with the data warehousing team to ensure the consumption of multi-tenant, embedded data in a user-friendly manner.
Partner with data analysts/scientists to understand data trends and business rules, questioning the "why" behind the data.
Implement Role-Level Security (RLS) in Power BI for tailored data access.
Write and optimize DAX queries for creating calculated columns, measures, and KPIs.
Leverage PowerApps and Azure tools to enhance functionality and interactivity.
Participate in occasional in-person whiteboarding sessions in the Tampa, FL office
