Position: Power BI Developer

Length: 6 months+

Location: REMOTE

They need a strong Power BI Developer to help them convert their Tableau dashboards to Power BI. Candidates MUST have MASTERY LEVEL of Power BI. This is nonnegotiable. We're looking for a true hardcore developer who loves the technology and knows it inside and out.

The ideal candidate would be somebody who has deep development experience in both Tableau and Power BI and understands the differences between the 2 products. They need a doer , so to speak. Not someone who will advise on the conversion process, but someone who can roll up their sleeves and handle a large effort of converting Tableau reports/dashboards to Power BI reports/dashboards.

Having experience with Epic and/or clinical data is certainly a plus. But the biggest need is strong development experience with both Power BI. Some of the reports that will need conversion are more operational and financial in nature. And since the Tableau reports have already been created, that will give the developer a big head start in terms of data. They will likely re-purpose the Tableau data source(s) but use with Power BI.
