Position: Power BI Developer

Experience: -8+ Years

Location: -Irving, TX(Remote)

Clinical Database (CDB), Operational Database (ODB), or Procedural Analytics (PA) highly preferred

Responsibilities: -

• Support the delivery of customized analyses, leveraging internal and external, raw and published data, and structured and unstructured datasets.
• Leverage an understanding of competitive factors and client's differentiators into analysis and synthesize insights.
• Leverage advanced data visualization tools to create compelling visual stories, managing advanced data management tools for complex analysis, develop and presenting insights to stakeholders, plan and implement data strategies, and overseeing medium to large scale projects.
• Research and incorporate knowledge of best practices into identification of data sources and analysis of information.
• Establish strong working relationships and active communication with key internal and external stakeholders to effectively manage expectations.
• Leverage data to influence stakeholder decisions through advising and counseling.
• Plan and conduct stakeholder meetings to gather requirements and understand current business processes.
• Develop and maintain data sets and coordinate with others on dependencies.

Educational Qualifications: -

• Engineering Degree BE/ME/BTech/MTech/BSc/MSc.

Mandatory skills

• Power BI Tableau, SQL, Excel Azure Delta Lake, Databricks, R, Python
• 5 or more years of relevant experience required.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and SQL required.
• Strong analytical, database, and spreadsheet skills required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
• Experience with the Clinical Database (CDB), Operational Database (ODB), or Procedural Analytics (PA) is highly preferred.
• Experience with SAS, R, Python, Power BI, or Tableau is highly preferred.
• Ability to meet rigorous deadlines, balance multiple priorities and achieve high levels of productivity while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

Healthcare experience preferred.
