Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain sophisticated, interactive, and visually appealing business intelligence solutions using Power BI.
• Translate complex data sets into actionable insights through effective data visualization techniques.
• Setup and maintain access for new and current users in the BI Reporting environments.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and understand reporting requirements and data needs.
• Perform ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into Power BI.
• Ensure data quality and consistency by implementing data validation and cleansing processes.
• Monitor and optimize performance of Power BI solutions to enhance user experience and efficiency.
• Create and maintain technical documentation related to Power BI solutions and processes.
• Provide training and support to end-users on our Power BI tools, data analysis best practices and overall data literacy.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5 years of experience or proven experience as a Power BI Developer or similar role in data analytics and reporting.
• Strong proficiency with the tools and technologies used by the Microsoft Azure Stack, including TSQL, Power Query, MDX, Power BI, and DAX.
• Comprehensive understanding of data modeling, administration, and visualization.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to interpret complex data.
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• US Citizenship Required

COMPENSATION

The approximate compensation range for this position is $97,000 to $145,000. This compensation range is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Actual compensation is dependent upon factors such as education, qualifications, experience, skillset, and physical work location.
