Position: Power BI Specialist
Location: Remote
Duration: 6+ Months

Must Have: Seeking someone with law firm accounting software, Elite or Aderant.

Responsibilities:

• Build Data Models: Design and develop robust data models using Microsoft Power BI to support various business needs.
• Write DAX for Complex Reporting: Create and optimize DAX queries to enable complex reporting and analytics.
• Visualizations: Develop advanced visualizations and dashboards using Power BI to present data in a clear and actionable manner.
• Client Meetings: Collaborate with clients to understand their data requirements and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Data Accuracy: Ensure the accuracy and reliability of data by performing regular data validation and quality checks.
• Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users on Power BI functionalities and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience with Microsoft Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, and advanced visualizations.
• Experience with Power Query for data transformation and preparation.
• Experience with Azure services for data integration and management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in meeting with clients to gather requirements and ensure data accuracy.
• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and SQL is a plus.
• Previous experience with Aderant and Elite law firm accounting systems is highly desired
