Data Systems Analysts, Inc. is searching for a Power Platform Developer to support a dedicated customer organization, MilTech. This position is fully remote and requires a DOD Secret Clearance.

This role provides Power Platform development support to a dynamic organization supporting the Army. The government customer team works in partnership with the DSA team and subcontractors to provide a cohesive support model to a varied customer base. Responsibilities:
* Support development and delivery of data visualizations and Power Apps in support of HR team requirements
* Develop and deliver Power Apps and Power Automate solutions in accordance with customer requirements
* Direct engagement with customers to define project requirements and manage customer expectations
* Data model development
* Stakeholder communications including formal and informal presentations
* Develop data visualization solutions
* Define and communicate technical project plans, roadmaps, and schedules
* Creation of dashboards/Business Intelligence (BI) solutions based on key performance indicators and customer requirements
* Acquire and manage Power BI Premium Capacity workspaces
* Develop and share training and reference materials

Qualifications:
* Highly proficient in Power BI
* Highly proficient in developing and delivering data solutions
* Highly proficient in data modeling
* Highly proficient in data visualization design
* Highly proficient in data security concepts
Required Certifications:
* COMPTIA SEC+ desired upon hire required within 90 days
* Computing environment certification related to the role (EX: Microsoft Power Platform 100, 200, 300, 400 or 600) desired upon hire and required within 6 months

Desired Qualifications:
* Awareness of Army or Department of Defense (DoD) Human Resources (HR) systems and processes
* General understanding of Microsoft Access
* Experience with Army Vantage
* Proficiency with Dataverse
