Position: PowerBI Developer for Fund Raising Location: Remote Duration: Long Term Contract

Job Description:
This proposed investment is for a consultant to automate the generation of over 2,000 annual fundraising reports and develop user-friendly dashboards. These improvements will streamline reporting processes, establish a self-service model for fundraisers, and build internal expertise for long-term success.

Scope of Engagement:
Automate the generation of annual fundraising reports using preferably PowerBI (or potentially existing other platforms available to Red Cross).
Design and implement dashboards that allow fundraisers to access standard reports independently.
Provide training and knowledge transfer to internal teams to ensure effective maintenance and use of the PowerBI models and dashboards.
Eliminate manual effort in generating reports, freeing staff to focus on higher-value activities.
Enable fundraisers to access standard reports in a self-service format, reducing reliance on support teams.
Equip the internal team with the skills to maintain and enhance PowerBI models and dashboards for sustained efficiency.

Must Have:
Expertise as a PowerBI developer with experience as a sole contributor in the design and development of reports and dashboards. We are not looking for someone who has been part of team and contributed, but rather a person who has the experience and expertise to take on a project, end to end, and be the driver, developer and perform the knowledge transfer.
Must be able to deliver under tight deadlines.
Expertise in taking data from source systems and creating reports and dashboards.
Exceptional documentation skills
Experience in performing knowledge transfers via live sessions.
Experience in training users
