Full Spectrum Education offers high-end academic support to students in New South Wales from Prep to Tertiary level in 1-on-1, weekly, 2-hour sessions. We are hiring educators for all subjects across all year levels for immediate start! We’re not your standard 'tutoring' company. We work hard to make sure our students fall in love with learning through compassion, empathy and honest care, and by differentiating each lesson for each student. Additionally, our enrolments team will match you with students based on your chosen subject areas and availability - so there is no need to find students yourself. Position Overview Teach students in one-on-one, weekly, 2-hour sessions at their home Communicate with parents about their child's progress Access to the Full Spectrum Network - an online group our educators utilise to communicate & share resources Professional development assistance Referral program for both educators and clients Skills and Qualifications A Bachelor’s degree or higher (in any field) Have a minimum of 10 hours per week of availability during our standard lesson hours of 3:30pm - 8:30pm weekdays and 8am - 8:30pm on weekends.
