YOUR ROLE
Create product specifications (Tech Packs), create cost sheets, sample requests and communicate sample requests
Enter product information in PLM
Follow product development calendar and achieve deadlines
Support Product Manager to ensure product and design aesthetics are understood and executed
Support Product Manager in product filtering sessions to capture all spec related comments
Support Product Manager to collect, negotiate and close all product costs
Support Product Manager in reviewing Sales samples and confirmation samples
Own sample tracking at each product development phase
Daily communication with suppliers to ensure smooth and clear product development and data collection
Build and develop strong relationships with Sourcing/Agents PD teams/Costing Teams
Work closely with the design team to understand material execution feasibility
Understand the ALDO Consumer relevant to the responsibilities of the PD team. (Materials, Silhouettes, Colour Combinations etc.)
DO YOU HAVE THE PROFILE WE'RE LOOKING FOR?
University degree
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
2-3 years of relevant industry experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel and Word
Keen sense of fashion, trends and pop culture
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Work/Life balance flexibility
Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines with a positive attitude
Excellent interpersonal skills and disposition
PLM knowledge, an asset
