They are searching for a Product Engineer to join their team. Responsibilities: Oversee the development of HV high-voltage automotive systems from initial concept through to large-scale production. Research and implement cutting-edge manufacturing techniques. Work with cross-functional teams to align design and development strategies across engineering, product management, and other departments. Utilize industry insights to shape product design, anticipating future trends and needs. Lead investigations into technical issues using problem-solving methodologies. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field. Proven experience in developing high-voltage systems for the automotive industry, with a strong understanding of IATF 16949 standards. Expertise in Six Sigma/Design for Six Sigma (DFSS). Hands-on experience with manufacturing processes such as DFM (Design for Manufacturing) and FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis).
