Poste
You will join the production team under its IP Creation department. You will provide support in relation to the day-to-day production activities related to assigned projects (coordination, milestone reviews support, documentation, etc.)
Your missions will BE as follows (non-exhaustive list) :
- Help ensuring that milestone deliverables are met
- Provide feedback on the current advancement of the project
- Support Publisher production related activities
- Coordinate with different internal departments, our subsidiaries around the world, the US branch and external development studios
- Follow up on quality testing, in-game texts translation and submission to first parties, certification, age ratings requirements
- Ensure a good tracking of all meetings through meeting notes
- Participate to creative sessions
This position will allow you to familiarise with the various areas covered by Publisher production activities within an international context.
Profil
- Enrolled in a degree majoring in video game production or design
- A first experience in the entertainment industry is appreciated but not mandatory
- Good English skills, both written and spoken
- Knowledge in using Outlook and the Office pack is required
- Knowledge in using Jira and/or Confluence is a plus
- Social and organisational skills
- Capacity for adaptation
- Ability to summarise

Additional Information
Location : 15 rue Félix Mangini, 69009 LYON (this position is not eligible to full-remote working)
Contract : full-time internship for 6 months
Start date : January 2025
Remuneration : (from 800€ up to 1,200€ per month)
