Position: Program Manager Company: Fortune 500 Distributor of IT Products and Services Duration: 1 year+ Contract Location: Fully remote (need to come into Irvine or Buffalo first day) Pay Rate: $33.85 Job Responsibilities: • Coordinate projects making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities. • Confer with internal clients management production and marketing staff across different countries and time zones to discuss project specifications and procedures. • Document project specifications and decisions and share with applicable stakeholders. • Assign resources direct and evaluate their work and oversee the development and maintenance of staff competence. • Manage the creative workflow translations reviews and approvals and version controls. • Direct review and approve product designs and changes. • Consult or negotiate with clients to prepare project specifications. Skills: • Verbal and written communication skills problem solving skills attention to detail and interpersonal skills. • Strong ability to work independently and manage one’s time. • Strong ability to delegate work communicate expectations and hold team members accountable. • Strong collaboration leadership and mentoring skills necessary to provide support and constructive performance feedback. • Strong knowledge of creative and digital marketing production processes quality control costs and other techniques for maximizing effective production workflows. • Strong knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning resource allocation and production methods. • Strong knowledge of computer software such as MS Word MS Excel MS PowerPoint MS Project Visio etc. • Strong knowledge or creative workflows and creative project management software like Adobe Workfront Podio or JIRA Education/Experience: • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field. • Experience with digital marketing production execution and measurement practices. • PMI or PMP certification preferred. • 2-5 years experience required.
