This is a fully remote, work at home position. Overview: Life Line Screening is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead our critical re-platforming initiatives while serving as a Scrum Master for multiple development teams. The ideal Full-time Contractor will bridge technical and business objectives while managing complex, cross-functional programs to modernize our technology stack and facilitate agile practices. Key Responsibilities: Drive the planning and execution of platform modernization programs, including legacy system migration, architecture transformation, and technology stack updates Maintain comprehensive program milestones, identifying dependencies, risks, and critical path tasks Coordinate multiple workstreams across engineering teams, ensuring alignment with architectural vision and business goals Develop and track program metrics, KPIs, and success criteria to measure migration progress and impact Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and review meetings across multiple teams Manage scope changes effectively and monitor for potential interruptions Support Product Owners in backlog refinement and sprint planning Recommend, configure, and implement project management tools and software to improve efficiency and effectiveness Required Qualifications: 5+ years of program management experience, with at least 3 years managing large-scale technical transformation projects Demonstrated experience as a Scrum Master for multiple development teams Strong track record of successfully delivering complex re-platforming or modernization initiatives Deep understanding of software development lifecycles and modern engineering practices Experience with risk management and mitigation in large-scale technical programs Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across all organizational levels Proficient with Atlassian cloud. Jira, Confluence, for updating flows and reports Preferred Qualifications: Experience with cloud migration programs (AWS, Azure, SalesForce, Shopify) Knowledge of modern architecture patterns (microservices, event-driven architecture, etc.) Familiarity with agile at scale frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, etc.) PMP or similar program management certification Experience with change management and organizational transformation Understanding of DevOps practices and tools Scrum certifications (PSM II, CSP, etc.) Experience with agile project management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, etc.) Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience) Success Metrics: Ability to deliver re-platform milestones on schedule and within budget Demonstrated reduction in legacy system dependencies Improved platform reliability and performance metrics Effective risk management and issue resolution Strong stakeholder satisfaction scores Team velocity improvements and sprint goal achievement rates Reduction in sprint impediments and blockers Successful cross-team collaboration and knowledge sharing Life Line Screening is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
