Strategic & solution mindset with the ability to analyze trends, identify opportunities, and develop innovative solutions. Proven track record of successfully delivering insurance projects and supporting business growth. Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools. Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the insurance industry. Qualifications A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred Ability to program in multiple languages such as C++, Java, and Python Experience in developing web applications Understanding of relational databases Ability to find and fix errors in software and programs Strong analytical skills Ability to work well as part of a team Strong written and verbal communication skills Understanding of data privacy and security
