Job Description: Software Development: Design, code, test, and maintain web and desktop application software with Microsoft Visual Studio and the Microsoft .NET platform. Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code. System Analysis: Evaluate existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization. Maintain and enhance existing software systems as well as new development projects. Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including user manuals, system specifications, and technical designs. Testing and Debugging: Conduct thorough testing of applications, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high-quality deliverables. Technical Support: Provide ongoing support and training to a diverse clientele, through e-mail, telephone and remote desktop sharing, addressing technical issues and enhancing user experience. Collaboration: Work closely with diverse clientele, including IT, project management, and end-users, to enhance and update systems to meet legislation requirements and changing client needs. Continuous Improvement: Design and prototype new patterns and techniques and stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and efficiency.
