Job Description: Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing high-end residential construction projects, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. Start date mid-January. Key Responsibilities: Oversee all aspects of residential construction projects from inception to completion. Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources. Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process. Maintain clear and effective communication with clients, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns. Ensure all projects are completed to the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship. Manage project documentation, including contracts, consents, and reports. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, LBP Carpenter, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the residential construction industry. Proven track record of successfully managing high-end residential projects. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations in New Zealand. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
