Title: Project Manager Location: Fully Remote (New York) Start Date: 02/17/2025 End Date: 04/19/2025 Hours per Week: 40 (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM) Position Overview: The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing large, complex enterprise projects from initiation through completion. This role involves organizing work, securing approval for project scope and budget, assembling project teams, and managing all phases of the project lifecycle to deliver results within budgetary and time constraints. Key Responsibilities: Manage mission-critical, complex projects to achieve defined business objectives. Define and control project scope, timelines, and budgets. Develop objective measures for evaluating project effectiveness. Lead cross-functional project teams and delegate tasks effectively. Create, implement, and manage project documentation, including plans, requirements, and test protocols. Address and resolve project resource and performance issues. Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards across all phases. Regularly communicate with stakeholders and senior management on project progress and risks. Maintain comprehensive project control logs and conduct lessons-learned sessions upon project closure. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree required. Experience: 10-15 years of project management experience, including payroll operations and Oracle Cloud implementation. Full lifecycle experience in Oracle Cloud HCM modules, particularly Payroll, Time & Labor, and Absence Management. Experience designing and testing data conversions, third-party interfaces, and custom reporting. Skills: Strong expertise in project management methodologies. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and creating detailed project plans. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to lead strategically, resolve conflicts, and manage multiple priorities effectively. Languages: Fluent in English (read, write, speak). Preferred Skills: Expertise in timekeeping and payroll operations. Advanced understanding of Oracle Cloud Time & Labor, Absence Management, and Payroll modules. Demonstrated leadership and organizational abilities. Additional Information: Fully remote position. The Project Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. The position involves the creation and execution of detailed project plans and deliverables while adhering to established timelines and budgets.
