Responsibilities Define and implement the company's strategy in new areas to deliver direct business impact. Analyze fraud vectors across the platform, conducting end-to-end analysis to identify bad actors and improve the experience of good users. Influence and collaborate with product, engineering, and analytics teams to establish goals and build strategic programs. Use data-driven decision-making to run tests that reduce fraud while accelerating growth. Qualifications 4+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, operations, technology, investment banking, analytics, or related fields; high-growth experience preferred. Experience leading large projects, achieving goals, and excelling in a team environment. Proven problem-solving and analytical skills with proficiency in SQL and expertise in Excel (capable of maintaining complex spreadsheets). Strong ability to influence and collaborate across different teams and functions.
