Project Managers - Junior, Mid, & Senior Levels

Salary: €45-65k (DOE)

Location: Co. Kerry

Hybrid: 4 days onsite & 1 from home

Overview:

Our clients, a global company at the forefront of Ireland's digital/industrial innovation, are actively searching for experienced Project Managers to help build out their PMO team. With aspirations of doubling their operations over the next 2 years, this is an amazing opportunity to get in at the ground floor of a rapidly growing organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the successful delivery of complex projects, ensuring they meet client expectations, timelines, and budgets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Engineering, Sales, Operations) to define project scope, develop and execute project plans, and track progress.
• Employ Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) to drive iterative development, foster collaboration, and maximize project agility.
• Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, proactively address issues, and implement effective change management strategies.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
• Contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives, leveraging data and feedback to enhance project delivery methodologies.

Job Criteria:

• Previous experience within a Project Manager position is required, but varies dependent on the level you are applying for:
  • 2+ years for junior level.
  • 4-6 years for mid-level.
  • 7+ years for senior level.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and their practical application.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and a high-performing culture.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project).
