Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Prompt Engineer with a deep understanding of the AI field. In this role, you will focus on providing students with interview coaching, resume optimization, and job application training to help them develop clear career paths, enhance their competitiveness, and improve technical skills. Responsibilities Design and optimize AI-driven prompts to simulate real interview scenarios, enhancing students' interview skills. Analyze and refine students' resumes to meet industry standards and highlight key skills. Provide personalized career planning advice using AI-assisted tools, helping students understand market demands and clarify career goals. Train students in essential technical skills, including data analysis, programming fundamentals, and project management. Stay up-to-date with the latest AI and technology trends to continuously improve training and coaching methods. Requirements Proven experience in prompt design, with a strong understanding of AI-driven technology and interview training. Proficiency in natural language processing, generative AI, and other related fields, with practical application experience preferred. Excellent communication skills to deliver technical and career development advice clearly and effectively to students. Strong expertise in resume optimization and interview coaching to help students quickly improve their job-seeking skills. Experience in career planning or training is a plus. Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese to effectively communicate with students and provide coaching in both languages. Job Type: Part-time Pay: $60.00 - $100.00 per hour Work Location: Remote
