We have a pipeline of projects, starting with an 87 Unit project in Mt Albert. The candidate will be leading the sales effort of this exciting project but will be well supported by a strong marketing and brand team.
Elaman prides itself on a can do attitude that is willing to do what it takes to deliver our projects successfully - as such, we may require you to respond to problems as they arise and be willing to get involved in a broad range of tasks however your core duties will be:
Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation and prospecting to closing deals.
Provide expert advice and guidance to potential buyers regarding available properties, pricing, and financing options.
Schedule and conduct property/sales suite viewings
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with the marketing team to support property promotions and generate leads.
Keep up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and local property developments.
Maintain accurate sales records and manage contracts and documentation with attention to detail.
Manage CRM
