Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using Java and Selenium to ensure the quality and reliability of software products. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and QA, to define and implement test automation strategies. Identify, log, and track bugs, ensuring that defects are resolved promptly and efficiently. Analyze test results, generate reports, and provide insights to improve testing efficiency and coverage. Continuously enhance and maintain the automation framework to support evolving project needs. Integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline for continuous testing. Required Qualifications 8+ years of experience in software testing with a focus on test automation. Strong programming skills in Java. Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver and related tools. Proficiency in building and maintaining test automation frameworks. Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies. Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Git, Docker). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
