Job Description:
Ariana Digital is seeking detail-oriented and quality-driven QA Engineers to support rigorous testing efforts on Salesforce Public Sector Solutions, with a focus on Licensing, Permitting, and Certification (LPC) implementations. This role is a key part of our agile staffing pipeline and will be activated as high-impact initiatives go live in partnership with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
As a QA Engineer, you will work alongside developers, product managers, and designers to ensure that government digital services meet user needs, regulatory requirements, and performance expectations. You will design automated and manual test cases, lead test execution, and track quality metrics across each sprint cycle.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and automation scripts across Salesforce applications.
Validate new functionality, APIs, workflows, integrations, and UI/UX elements for compliance and reliability.
Implement automated testing frameworks to ensure regression coverage and speed up delivery cycles.
Collaborate closely with developers and product teams to identify defects and ensure timely resolution.
Ensure Salesforce platform configurations align with quality and security standards.
Maintain detailed test documentation and participate in sprint planning and retrospectives.
Track KPIs related to test coverage, defect rates, and release stability.

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related discipline.
3+ years of QA experience in Salesforce or enterprise CRM environments.
Experience with automated testing tools such as Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, or Provar.
Familiarity with Salesforce Public Sector Solutions and/or Licensing, Permitting, and Certification (LPC) systems is highly preferred.
ISTQB certification or equivalent QA credential preferred.
Experience testing APIs, integrations, and cloud-native environments.
Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and collaboration tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
Education from a Pennsylvania-based college or other U.S. community school is highly valued.
