Job Title: Quality Assurance Lead(US Citizens Only) Location: Remote We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications: Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement. Define and implement QA strategies, methodologies, and best practices for manual and automated testing. Collaborate with development and product teams to understand project requirements and establish testing objectives. Develop, maintain, and execute test plans, test cases, and scripts for functional, regression, performance, and security testing. Identify, document, and track defects, working closely with developers to resolve issues. Oversee the implementation and maintenance of test automation frameworks. Monitor and report on QA metrics, such as defect densities and open defect counts, to ensure quality objectives are met. Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups. Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards where applicable. Stay updated with the latest QA tools, technologies, and trends to recommend improvements. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Experience in software quality assurance. Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes. Hands-on experience with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail) and defect tracking systems. Proficiency in test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium, JUnit, TestNG) and scripting languages (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript). Experience in performance and load testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner). Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. Federal Experience is a plus.
