1)Quote to Cash (Zuora) Finance

San Francisco, CA / Rest of Remote

What you ll do This position will be responsible for leading end-to-end process improvement initiatives and system solutions through analysis to arrive at best practices for the Quote to Cash function for our Digital & Direct Customers. They will work with Finance stakeholder groups to resolve process questions, assess user and business needs, and recommend changes to business processes to enable efficiency, remove redundancy, and introduce automation.

This person will initiate and lead efforts to develop innovative solutions to unique and/or complex business challenges in the Digital & Direct Quote to Cash Accounting area of the business. Solutions may require coordination across the business as well as some coordination with other cross-functional teams, including multiple systems, or systems not directly controlled by the business. The individual will also educate others about process strategy and approach for how processes will be developed & maintained and provide consultation to further improve process performance.

The overall role requires a strong set of Finance/Accounting, Project Management, and communication skills; including the ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives and manage competing priorities. This position is an individual contributor reporting to the Business Process Director and is designated Remote.

Responsibilities

  • Execute and manage business initiatives, improvements, and projects for the Digital & Direct Quote-to-Cash Accounting function. This role s focus is on the processes and operations that impact Finance end-to-end in these areas.
  • Understand and utilize strategic vision to make appropriate business process decisions based on what is best for the company.
  • Liaise with business leaders and stakeholders to ensure requirements, business goals and objectives are clear and aligned to concrete strategic and tactical plans

Partner cross-functionally, as well as with scrum teams and technical transformation teams as a Product Manager

  • Facilitate decisions necessary for project delivery and prioritization to ensure we meet deadlines
  • Design and manage operational and process standards that can be widely adopted, including best practices, work procedures, applications, quality objectives, technical and functional solutions, and key metrics for assessing progress
  • Support organizing testing of new processes and features, including User Acceptance Testing
  • Document and maintain business requirements, functional requirements, and process flows
  • Able to analyze and audit high volumes of data within the identified business areas

Basic qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum five (5) years of Quote-to-Cash experience, Finance and Accounting
  • Minimum five (5) years of process solutions and/or operations product management, consulting, or related business experience
  • Minimum five (5) years of experience with large Digital Customer Platforms, ERP, Subscription Billing and Revenue Recognition systems
  • Minimum five (5) years of experience in technology, including enterprise applications, automation tools, and database systems
  • Experience in a company that has scaled with accelerated growth or large software development organizations

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience & Proficient in Zuora Systems
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills (influencer)
  • CPA and/or equivalent accounting experience
  • Process management/improvement with a proven track record in improving processes
  • Experience with AI, RPA, Bots

2)RPA Automation - Quote to Cash

What you ll do
This position will be responsible for implementing various RPA (Robotic Process
Automation) techniques & tools. This candidate must possess a deep understanding of the Quote to Cash process. They will work with Finance stakeholder groups to better understand the requirements, identify automation opportunities, and design an efficient workflow to streamline operations and improve productivity.
Solutions may require coordination across the business as well as some coordination with other cross-functional teams, including multiple systems, or systems not directly controlled by the business. The individual will also educate others about process strategy and approach for how processes will be developed & maintained and provide consultation to further improve process performance.
