Your responsibilities as Real estate business development leader
Decathlon seeks a visionary Real Estate Business Development Leader to define and execute our business development strategy in the dedicated country. This role drives profitable, sustainable growth by leading strategic initiatives, optimizing real estate portfolios, and fostering an inclusive, high-performance culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership: Define and implement the country's business development strategy aligned with Decathlon’s omni-ecosystem vision.
Establish clear targets, financial outcomes, and priorities using a data-driven approach.
Business Development Execution: Develop innovative business models and distribution channels to reach customers effectively.
Identify and execute physical business opportunities, including market entry and expansion strategies.
Define real estate policies covering asset ownership, rent, divestment, and governance.
Portfolio Optimization: Monitor and optimize the real estate portfolio through monetization, downsizing, subleasing, and green initiatives.
Collaborate with sustainability stakeholders to implement eco-friendly practices.
Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external organizations.
Advocate for Decathlon in sports-related topics, developing a national network.
