Develop and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates. Understand client needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions. Source and attract top talent using various methods. Conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications. Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the hiring process. Requirements: Minimum Diploma in any discipline.  No Prior Experience is Required as on the job training will be provided. Candidate with experience in an agency recruitment role, preferably in a 360-recruitment consultant role with proven record is an added advantage.   Prior experience in internal recruiting will be considered as well. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proactive and results-oriented mindset.
