What you'll be doing
Proactively source and screen qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking
Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and culture fit
Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to placement, ensuring a positive experience for both clients and candidates
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and requirements
Negotiate employment terms and close placements to achieve your ideal commission
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to provide valuable insights to clients and candidates
What we're looking for
Proven experience in a recruitment or sales role, preferably in the HR & Recruitment industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and candidates
Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a track record of achieving high commission targets
Ability to work independently, with a proactive and results-driven approach
Familiarity with the local job market and employment landscape in Singapore
